We are committed to helping people find God and learn about His wonders.

About Our Church

Healing Waters Faith Ministries and Outreach, Inc. is committed to helping people in Orlando, Florida find God and learn about His wonders.  We are a virtual church without walls.

Nothing is possible without Him, and we are here to help more people see the blessings He has given to all of us.

OUR DOCTRINAL BELIEFS

Accepting the Bible to be the very word of God to man through man and understanding the importance of knowing and obeying it's truths, our church is committed to study and teach with diligence and authority. We strongly seek to teach the scriptures to people that they may know God and serve Him in worship and ministry.

THE SCRIPTURES

We teach the entire Bible, all 66 books of the combined Old and New Testament a verbally inspired by God and our an errant in the original writings. Through the Providence of God, the word of God has been protected and preserved and it's the only infallible and Authority rule of faith and practice (2 Timothy 3: 16, 17; 2 Peter 1: 20, 21)

GOD

We teach that there is only one true, living sovereign, holy, and eternally existent God. He exists in three co- equal persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - each being a distinct person and with a distinct function, but all of One essence and all possessing the same nature, perfection and attributes. The triune God is the Creator and sustainer of all things, the source of all truth, and is worthy of worship, confidence, and obedience (Deuteronomy 6: 4- 5; Genesis 1: 31)

JESUS CHRIST

We teach that Jesus Christ is God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed many miracles, shed His blood on the cross as a vicarious substitute, was buried , bodily resurrected, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return literally, visibly, and personally in glory and power (John 1: 1-3, 14 ; Matthew 1: 18-25 25; Philippians 2:5-9; Colossians 1:15; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8, Acts 1:11)

The Holy Spirit

We teach that the holy spirit is God, co -equal and co-existent with the Father and the Son. He is a chief convictor of sin, the chief agent of regeneration and sanctification. The Holy Spirit indwells every believer and empowers every believer to live a godly life. Through His gift of the Holy Spirit, God's graces has every believer with spiritual gifts, which are sovereignly- graciously abilities graciously bestowed upon every believer at salvation to enable him to perform a function effectively within the church, the Body of Christ. Christ. (John 14: 16- 19; 16:7 - 15; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Romans 8:9,11; Titus 3:5; Eph.4:11-16).

Mankind

We teach that in the beginning God created Mankind in His image and is not in any sense the product of evolution. Mankind was originally created with the ability to live perfectly for God's glory (Genesis 1:17,31).

SIN

We teach that Adam, the first man, sinned by disobedience. This act resulted in the fall of all mankind, therefore, all people have sinned and lost the ability to live for the glory of God. Mankind's fall has incurred both physical and spiritual death on all until there is forgiveness and salvation by the grace of God (Genesis 3:1-24; Romans 3:10-23; 5:12-21; 6;23).

Salvation

We teach that the salvation of lost and sinful mankind is a free gift of God's grace apart from human works, based solely upon Christ's vicarious and atoning death, effected by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, and received only through faith in the person and finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. In addition, we teach that God is sovereign in salvation. Reconciling the Biblical doctrines God's election and man's responsibility may be humanly impossible. Somehow God's word clearly teaches both, we must somehow accept that as divine mystery (Ephesians 1:4; 2:8-10; Romans 8:28-30; 10:9-10, 13; 2 Peter3:9, John 3:16).

The Church

The church is the holy Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her great commission. Each believer is an integral part of the church, and their names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. (I Thess. 2:4)

Ministry

Divinely called and Scripturally ordained ministry has been provided by our Lord for a two-fold purpose: (1) The evangelization of the world, and (2) The edification of the Body of Christ (Mark 16:15, 20; Eph. 4:11-13).

Marriage

God created marriage. It is a covenant made between a man and a woman that makes them one (Gen 2: 22, 24; Matt 19: 5-6).

Divine Healing

Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement of Christ and is the privilege of all believers (Isa. 53:4, 5; Matt. 8:16, 17; Mark 16:18; John 5:14).

The Blessed Hope

The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation, together with those who are alive and remain unto the Lord, is Titus 2:13; 1 Cor. 15:51,52).

The Millennial Reign of Jesus

The revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ from heaven, the salvation of national Israel, and the millennial reign of Christ on the earth are Scriptural promises and our hope (2 Thess. 1:7; Rev. 19:1l-16; Ro. 11:25; Rev. 20:l-7).

The Lake of Fire

The devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet, and whosoever is not found written in the Lamb's Book of Life shall be consigned to everlasting punishment in the lake which burns fire and brimstone, which is the second death (Rev. 19:20; 20:10-15).

The New Heavens and New Earth

We, as promised in the Scriptures, look for a new heaven and a new earth wherein righteousness dwells (2 Pet. 3:13; Rev. 21: l).

Ordinances

Water Baptism

The ordinance of water baptism (Matt. 28:19) shall be administered by all established places of worship to all those who have repented of their sins and who have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ to the saving of their souls (Rom. 6:3-5; Col. 2:12).

The Lord's Supper

The ordinance of the Lord's Supper shall be observed regularly by all established places of worship, as enjoined in the Scriptures (Luke 22:19, 20; 1 Cor. 11:23-26).
